We specialize in handmade and creative art & craft products, including DIY kits, home décor, handmade gifts, festival decorations, branded paintings and stationery, and craft supplies.
2. Are your products handmade?
Yes, most of our products are handcrafted with care by skilled artisans or curated with a DIY focus to bring out your creativity.
3. Can I get a product customized?
Absolutely! Many of our products can be customized with names, colors, themes, or messages. Just check the product page or contact us for details.
4. How can I place an order on your website?
Simply browse our products, add your favorites to the cart, and proceed to checkout. You’ll receive order confirmation via email once the payment is successful.
5. What are the delivery charges?
We offer free shipping on orders above ₹499. For orders below that amount, a nominal shipping fee is calculated at checkout based on your location.
6. How long does delivery take?
Orders are usually delivered within 4–7 business days, depending on your location. Customized items may take a bit longer to process.
7. Does Pompoms Art and Craft deliver all over India?
Yes, we ship to most locations across India. You’ll see delivery options and time estimates during checkout.
8. Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship only within India. We plan to expand internationally soon—stay tuned!
9. How can I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link via SMS or email. You can also log into your account to view the order status.
10. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, digital wallets, and cash on delivery (COD) for select orders.
11. Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?
Yes, COD is available on select pin codes for orders under ₹2,000. You’ll see the option at checkout if it’s available in your area.
12. What if I receive a damaged or wrong product?
Please reach out to us within 48 hours of receiving your order with clear unboxing video ( as told on return and refund policy ) clear photos. We’ll replace the item or issue a refund as per our return policy.
13. Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?
Orders can be canceled or modified within 12 hours of placing them. After that, processing begins, and changes may not be possible.
14. Do you offer bulk or corporate gifting options?
Yes! We offer discounts for bulk purchases for events, weddings, return gifts, and corporate gifting. Contact us for a custom quote.
