1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–4 business days after payment confirmation.
Since our products are handcrafted, slight delays may occur during festive seasons or high-demand periods.
Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays.
2. Shipping Methods & Charges
We deliver across India through reliable shipping partner ShipRocket and courier partners like XpressBees, Delhivery, Bluedart, and India Post.
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on weight, location, and delivery speed.
Free shipping may be available on select products or during promotional offers.
3. Estimated Delivery Time
Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
Other Cities: 5–7 business days
Remote Areas: 7–10 business days
Note: Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or festivals.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email or WhatsApp.
You can track your order using the link provided in the message.
5. International Shipping
Currently, we do not offer international shipping. We only deliver within India. We hope to expand internationally soon.
6. Packaging
All items are carefully packaged using protective materials to ensure your product reaches you in perfect condition.
We use eco-friendly and reusable packaging wherever possible.
7. Delays or Lost Packages
We are not liable for delays caused by shipping partners or incorrect delivery details.
If your order is delayed beyond 10 days, please contact us, and we’ll assist you in tracking the shipment.
If a package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact your local courier office first.
