Refund and Returns Policy

At Pompoms Art and Craft, each item is carefully handcrafted with love and attention to detail. We strive for 100% customer satisfaction. However, due to the handmade nature of our products, we have a limited return and refund policy as outlined below.

1.1. Return Policy

  • Returns are accepted only for damaged or defective products.

  • We do not accept returns for reasons like change of mind, slight color/design variation, or size concerns, as all items are handmade and unique.

  • To be eligible for a return, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product with product unboxing video.

1.2 Video policies

  1.  The barcoded packet opening has to be captured in the video only. Cases where the packet has been pre-opened before the recording of the video will lead to immediate rejection.
  2. The video has to be recorded in one stretch, clearly showing all actions. Any edited videos, with cuts/edits/merging in between, will not be accepted. Instances where there are videos being edited to show different packets will lead to immediate rejection and escalation.
  3. All the sides of the packet must be shown clearly in the video
  4. Video editing should be slow with no jerks and sudden movements
  5. Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to Any error.
  6. Video File size should be 20 MB/1.30 SEC.

2. How to Request a Return

If your order arrives damaged or defective:

  1. Email us at pompomsartandcraft@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.

  2. Include your order number and clear unboxing video and photos of the damaged product and packaging.

  3. Our team will review the request and respond within 2 business days.

3. Return Approval & Pickup

  • Once your return is approved, we will arrange for a pickup or provide return instructions.

  • Returned items must be unused, in original condition, and packed securely in the original packaging.

4. Refund Policy

  • After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will process your refund within 7 working days.

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (UPI, card, or bank account).

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

5. Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom-made or personalized products

  • Gift cards or discounted sale items

  • Used or damaged products due to customer mishandling

6. Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received your refund after 7 business days, please check your bank account or contact your payment provider.
